Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dict.oisora.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service Is

Oisora Language Archive is a community dictionary dedicated to preserving and sharing words from tribal, indigenous, and regional languages. The Service is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and cultural reference purposes.

User Submissions

When you submit a word or entry to the dictionary, you agree that:

  • The submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have the right to share the content — it is not copied from a copyrighted source without permission.
  • You grant Oisora a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute the submission as part of the archive.
  • You will not submit false, offensive, or harmful content.

Moderation

All submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any entry that violates these terms or the spirit of the archive, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin system.
  • Submit spam, automated, or bulk entries.
  • Use the Service to distribute malicious code or conduct attacks.
  • Scrape or reproduce the archive in bulk without written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Oisora name, wordmark, and site design are the property of Oisora. The dictionary content contributed by the community is shared under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0) unless otherwise noted. You are free to share and adapt the content with appropriate attribution.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that entries are linguistically accurate or complete. Use the archive as a reference and verify critical information with primary sources.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oisora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
